The company makes pricing foolproof with drop-down menus for cut-outs for kitchen sinks, stoves, and any integral backsplashes.
The site calculates the estimated cost of the item. Designers can then send the company a detailed drawing by fax or e-mail. Eskay prepares a comprehensive quote and outline and faxes it to the designer for review. When the designer approves the order, he must include a deposit of 50%. Eskay submits detailed CAD drawings that are e-mailed or faxed for approval.
It takes Eskay two to four weeks from final drawing to completion and shipping of the counter. The final balance is due prior to shipping. Users can place orders online using a credit card and the company will ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada.
