Who Am I?
Data
journalist on the Radar Desk Data Studio team. When I’m not researching,
ranking and reporting the numbers, I’m a PhD student at the University of
Virginia School of Architecture in constructed environment.

I work
closely with Metrostudy to integrate housing market data into content across
the Hanley Wood brands. I cover housing trends and local markets for BUILDER
and am always on the hunt for new ways to report what’s happening in each
unique submarket across America.

the current leading markets for different kinds of builders and buyers, such as
the Top
5 Cities for Buying Big Homes, is my favorite part of working with Metrostudy’s
endless data. I had the opportunity to research the Hottest
Markets for Small-Scale Solar, which I loved doing because of my own interest in renewable
energy. Most recently, I got a Penn State alumnae thrill sending a shout out to
State College, Pa. in the Top
Builders in 10 College Towns Ripe for Retirees; I may or may not
retire there, but I’ll always call it home.
