Prospective homebuyers and area agents are invited to attend the Model Home Grand Opening on Saturday, March 16, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests will enjoy complimentary lunch, photo booth fun and tours of the following fully furnished model homes:
- Amethyst – Ranch plan, 2 to 3 bedrooms, approx. 1,440 sq. ft.
- Lapis – Two-story plan, 3 to 4 bedrooms, approx. 2,250 sq. ft.

Visitors will also have a chance to learn about other available floor plans at these communities—and at The Villas at Eastpoint, located nearby. This new addition to the master plan just opened for sales last month and offers four floor plans with alley-entry garages from the low $300s.
In addition, Urban Collection at Easpoint, which will offer two-story paired homes, is coming soon.
