Mattamy Homes will open for sales at the second phase of Renaissance at West Villages Florida on October 1, with residents set to move in by spring.
The new phase at Renaissance will include single-family homes and paired villas at a variety of sizes ranging from 2-5 bedrooms, 2-4.5 bathrooms and 2-3-car garages from the mid-$200s.
