Taylor Morrison this weekend is unveiling two new, designer-decorated model homes from their Luxury Townhome collection at Preserve at White Oak, a new community in Apex, North Carolina.
The Siena model homes will be open to the public for a special sneak peek on Saturday, July 28, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., where attendees will be the first to tour the brand new model as they enjoy refreshments and get a taste of the lifestyle that awaits at Preserve at White Oak.
The Luxury Townhome collection features the Siena home design priced from the $340,000s. The Siena offers a first-floor owner’s suite, approximately 2,176 to 3,157 square feet, three to four bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, two-car garages and an optional basement add-on for additional entertaining, home office or play space.
The community will feature planned resort-style amenities opening in Fall of 2018 including a clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, fireplaces, a community kitchen and billiards area, covered verandas, an outdoor fire pit, a playground and hiking and biking trails.
