South Carolina-based Sabal Homes is hosting a Grand Opening celebration for its newest community, Rockbridge in Riverside this weekend.
The new neighborhood located in Greer, near the growing city of Greenville, features new floor plans with designer details in the Riverside School District.
A Grand Opening celebration will kick off on Friday, July 13 and run through Sunday, July 15. Hours are 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Shoppers can tour a trio of homes near completion with never-before-seen floor plans by Sabal.
Located just 11 miles outside of downtown Greenville, Rockbridge is in close proximity to Greenville Health System, Greer Hospital & Medical Campus, BMW and Greenville Spartanburg International Airport.
“The homes at Rockbridge offer all the quality, style and personalization buyers have come to expect from Sabal Homes,” said Jason Simpson, partner. “We offer four floor plans in the neighborhood, which range from 1,895- to 2,262-square feet with 3- and 4-bedroom options.”
Sabal’s homes include energy efficient and open floor plans featuring HardiePlank® fiber cement siding, 9-foot ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two-car garages, and more. The four floor plans are The Abbey, The Hunter, The Webster (which offers a first floor master suite) and The Mayfair.
Three move-in ready townhomes are available with plans to build a total of 32 townhomes in the community.
