Neal Communities has broken ground on Canoe Creek, a new Parrish, Florida community with American coastal and modern farmhouse-style designs.
The 304-acre property will consist of approximately 621 home sites. Canoe Creek will offer home buyers 13 floor plans ranging from 1,493 to 3,346 square feet. The modern farmhouse design blends traditional with contemporary influences. The community’s American coastal home designs evoke a breezy, welcoming feeling in the new homes. Canoe Creek will also feature four model homes to browse.
With an emphasis on healthy living, Canoe Creek will feature a recreation area, with its modern farmhouse-style amenity center operating as the centerpiece of the community. The amenity center will contain a clubhouse, fitness room, pool and spa, four pickleball courts and a dog park nearby. The community will also have a lifestyle coordinator, who will coordinate a full activities calendar for residents.
Nestled on two pieces of property by Golf Course Road, the land has been owned by Neal Communities for more than 10 years and has been operating as the Palmetto Pines Golf Course featuring an 18-hole golf course and a small sandwich shop. During construction, nine holes of the golf course and the sandwich shop will remain open and operational.
