Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc., a unit of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC), will hold a Grand Opening of four model homes at the Harvest Junction community in Longmont, Colorado on Saturday, July 14 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. including a complimentary food truck lunch and rides on a Trackless Airbound Express outdoor train from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Attendees can tour the Daniel, Dallas, Hemingway and Arlington model homes, which start from the upper $400s. The ranch and two-story residences, which offer up to seven bedrooms, 5.5 baths, 3-car garages and hundreds of options for personalization, feature open layouts.
