Century Communities said Tuesday it is down to four homes remaining for sale at Phoenix Crest, a luxury-home community in the foothills of Rancho Cucamonga’s San Gabriel Mountains.
Phoenix Crest is the final new-home opportunity inside the gates of Rancho Etiwanda Estates. Prices for these move-in ready homes at Phoenix Crest range from $809,900 to $1,294,736.

The remaining homes at Phoenix Crest range from 2,682 to 4,301 sq. ft. Of those, three are the Meadowlark plan, including the remaining model. These are single story homes with four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two-car+ tandem garages. One home is the Bluebird plan, with five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a three-car garage. All the homes have covered patios, multi-slider doors, upgraded cabinets and flooring, prep kitchens, fireplaces and pendant lighting.
