Century Communities said Wednesday it will officially open its Harriet model on Saturday, June 30 at Gravelly Lake, a unique enclave of 32 two-story homes located just three miles from Interstate 5 and Gravelly Lake Drive SW in Lakewood, Washington.
The Harriet, also available at Century Communities’ McCormick community in nearby Port Orchard, offers three to five bedrooms and 2.5 to three baths in more than 3,094 sq. ft. of living space. This Craftsman-style home features a great room with fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, loft, spacious master suite and a two-car garage. Buyers have numerous options to personalize this floor plan, including adding a bonus room. The Harriet is one of five two-story plans from the $400s available at Gravelly Lake, and visitors on June 30 will get an opportunity to take a “dusty shoe” tour of some of the other homes already under construction. Buyers will also be impressed by the large yards in this hidden jewel of a community. Lot sizes in Gravelly Lake are approximately 7,500 sq. ft and up.
Children living in Gravelly Lake attend schools in the Clover Park School District, the fourth-largest public-school district in Pierce County and the 26th-largest in Washington State. Elementary school students attend Idlewild Elementary, while middle-school students attend Hudtloff Middle School and high-school students attend Clover Park High School.
The grand opening of the Harriet model will take place at 11 a.m. on June 30, and the community will be open to visitors until 6 p.m.
