Café Chocolat – 1423 H St. NW Washington, DC
Café Chocolat is an interior tenant build-out of a boutique coffee and chocolate shop, located near 15th and H Street, NW, Washington DC. ALine assisted the owner with design and permit drawings, interior material selection, bid negotiations, permit facilitation and construction administration services.
Retrofitting the existing space to meet the new program was challenging and required many system upgrades. The trendy wood looking porcelain floor tiles provide warm earth tones, and continuously deliver on the maintenance free and timeless style. The white engineered marble counters and the red glass backsplash tiles, brighten the space making a bold and tasteful statement.
