Project Description
The project will contain 200+ apartment units with ground floor retail, a new parking garage, and a fully renovated 70,000 square foot office building.
The project is located one block from Sunset Boulevard and is in close proximity to numerous public transit options including the Hollywood and Western station of Metro’s Red Line that runs along Hollywood Boulevard and connects to downtown Los Angeles and to other Metro lines throughout the county. The project is within walking distance to numerous area employers, restaurants, shops, hotels, and a bustling nightlife. The site is also within two blocks of the 325,000-square-foot newly constructed Icon tower where Netflix recently signed a lease for 100% of the building.
The apartment building will contain topflight design, amenities, and sustainable building practices and the site design will provide a campus-style environment with the street level retail and existing office building.
