We’re a new home builder, dedicated to building 100% of our homes to meet or exceed ENERGY STAR'S most recent standards. We have communities in 16 states, and have been in the U.S. for more than 35 years. However, our history dates back to the 1600s with an English builder named George Beazer. Nine generations later, the Beazer family and name continue to stand for quality homebuilding, craftsmanship and innovation.

Beazer Homes has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since 1994 under the ticker symbol “BZH”.
