Desert View Homes and Aspen View Homes are privately held corporations founded and operated by Randy O'Leary. In 1990, Desert View Homes began construction of single-family homes in El Paso, Texas. Early on, the company carefully managed its operations to focus on the affordable housing needs of the community which it served. Desert View Homes prides itself in servicing the entry level and move-up homebuyer and has devoted its resources towards developing procedures and systems dedicated to customer service.
