Century Communities on Wednesday announced the start of construction at two new communities in the Charlotte market and the opening of a third.
Land development is underway at both new communities and construction on the new model homes will begin in the fall. Prices are anticipated to start in the 300,000’s.
Highlights of the new communities:
Carrington – Carrington is located in Indian Land in Lancaster County on Shelley Mullis Road. Indian Land offers residents the convenience of a blossoming dining scene, a variety of shopping, plenty of entertainment options and easy access to I-485 and South Charlotte. Century Communities will offer 83 lots. Home buyers will have a range of plans to select from. Available plans will range in square footage from 2,444 to 4,000 including 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4 baths and 2 car garages. Home prices in Carrington will begin in the $300’s.
Rhyne Estates – Rhyne Estates is located in rapidly growing Rock Hill in York County on Rustlewood Way. Rock Hill offers residents a multitude of conveniences including a wide array of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Rhyne Estates is an age targeted community that will feature ranch homes with optional second story loft/bedroom combos. Available plans will range in square footage from 1,704 to 2,069 and include 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths and 2 car garages. Prices in Rhyne Estates will start in the low $300’s.

Available three-level townhome plans include 2 to 4 bedrooms with 2 car garages, open concept living and granite island kitchens, stunning baths and flex spaces with prices starting in the mid-$200’s. Hadley at Arrowood Station is located in Southwest Charlotte.
