Fischer Homes is open for sales at its newest community, Sawgrass, in Hebron, Kentucky, just outside of Cincinnati.
The new community features Fischer’s Designer Collection of homes. The $65 million development will feature 217 home sites once complete. Potential homeowners will be able to choose from a variety of home designs including ranch homes, two-story homes, and a best-selling five-level plan. New homes will range in price from the $250,000s to the $400,000s+.
