The ranch-style villas are duplexes joined at the garage and grouped into four-unit clusters with about 40 feet between them. The plan leaves plenty of open space for a clubhouse and walking/jogging trails.
Each of the homes features a private, second-floor suite for guests or grandchildren.
All of the plans were designed with a wide-open floor plan, but the Thornhill, which is the largest and most expensive, is the top seller thanks to its huge family room/kitchen area.
The builder/developer set the project apart by including amenities that appeal to the younger end of the targeted age group and include a basketball court, inline skating lane on the paths, and a sports bar in the clubhouse.
