A new program from LP SmartSide offers in-market support to builders who opt for the wood-based option. Co-branded marketing materials work to align builders with SmartSide's promise of quality, while saving man hours and marketing dollars.
Dan Wolf, owner of Noblesville, Ind.-based Bedrock Builders, says LP provides co-branded literature to educate buyers about LP products. Moreover, LP has set up billboards and radio spots advertising Bedrock’s new home communities, featuring SmartSide.
“It’s legwork that we don’t have to do like we used to,” says Wolf. “It lets us focus on the day-to-day of homebuilding.”
