Designed for homeowners looking to add a pop of color to their kitchens, Grohe has unveiled a line of high-performance faucets fitted with vibrant matte hoses in both bold and and neutral colorways that are interchangeable and easy to maintain.
A subtle way to brighten this year’s on-trend, all-white kitchens, the Essence Semi-Pro kitchen faucets operate with a 360-degree turn-able spring for a fully rotating spray, and a powerful magnet that seamlessly docks the arm after use.

The interchangeable silicone hoses allow for easy maintenance, and offer homeowners the option to update their space according to their style preferences year-round.
“In many ways, the faucet is the focal point of the kitchen—it is used for everything from food preparation to dish clean-up. We designed Essence for consumers who demand a professionally-inspired kitchen,” said Michael Seum, vice president of design for Grohe in a release. “In addition to the professional design aesthetic, the new color offerings for Essence are big on personality, and with a full palette of neutrals, there is a statement for everyone in the kitchen.”
The Essence Semi-Pro kitchen faucet and accompanying hose options will launch in two phases:
- Available April 2017: Three neutrals—Velvet Matte Black, Matte Sheer Marble, Matte Dark Gray
- Available July 2017: Seven bold-colored hoses—Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, and Pink

The faucets will retail for $699, and the hoses will cost $85 each.
