Builders need their cell phones but are less than satisfied with the service. Only 25 percent of builders surveyed by Wagner Public Relations and Marketing gave their wireless cell phone carriers high marks for the phone service they use. The survey of more than 5,000 builders found that only 22 percent of respondents felt that their wireless connectivity was excellent or very good, while 61 percent said their connectivity was only good or neutral. Fifteen percent rated their service bad or very bad.
