Toll Brothers Re-Maps Itself to the New Geography of Affluence

Toll Brothers and Sam Zell’s Equity Residential teamed up on a 40-story Park Avenue masterpiece in New York, designed by Pritzker Prize winner Christian de Portzamparc.

Toll Brothers City Living and Starwood Capital Group partnered on this hotel and residential complex, designed by Rogers Marvel Architects, that overlooks the East River and Manhattan skyline.

By March, 22 condo units at Pierhouse had sold for $72 million.

The Amalfi Hills master plan, a 350-home Yorba Linda, Calif., site originally developed and opened by Shapell Homes, gave Toll an opportunity to show the Shapell team a real-life example of how it could raise the land’s value.
