Alleging that her home has been infested by mold, an Ohio homeowner is suing Fischer Homes of Crestview Hills, Ky., for $75 million. The builder, which fixed leaks in the home in the mid-1990s, rejects the mold accusations. “This is a homeowner maintenance issue on a nine-year-old home,” says Bob Hawksley, Fischer’s president.
