The Houston Chronicle's Katherine Feser looks at Toll Brothers' latest local development, a 560-home community in the Somerset Green development, in a departure from the more suburban developments its done in the region.

The homes will each be three feet apart with a European architectural theme. The three- and four-story homes will be either 22- or 25-feet wide, and priced from $600,000 to $700,000.

We’re very familiar with more urban concepts with higher density,” said Karl Mistry, division president of Toll Brothers. “Toll Brothers has been building in urban and infill locations for decades. It’s a lot of what we do on the East Coast."

The new homes will be three- and four-story houses that are either 22 feet wide or 25 feet wide, and will range in price from about $600,000 to $850,000.
