Almena, Wisconsin-based EscapeHomes owner Dan Dobrowoski has created a tiny home  that is also movable, and the price starts at $74,500. Now, he's bringing it to Phoenix.

According to Phoenix Business Journal senior reporter Mike Sunnucks, the small home is called the Traveler XL, and it's only 319-square feet. The design has been featured on cable networks such as tiny house hunting shows. 

The portable Escape Traveler XL can include full-sized appliances for additional cost and can sleep as many as eight people, according to Dobrowolski. It has a queen-size, first-floor bedroom.

Tiny living ranging from micro cottage and portable homes to micro apartment units are in demand from millennials and empty-nesters looking at downsizing and simplifying their lives.
