Marketing Relevance staffer Melissa Stocks reports on how S&A Homes decided to find out what market demand was for a new product before making a final decision on whether to move forward with land acquisition, community design, and home plans in Pennsylvania.
The builder partnered with mRELEVANCE to create and implement the State College 55+ Survey. The survey was used to find the possibility of building a 55+ community center in the State College area, which encompasses Penn State University. It became a relevant way to attract the 55 and up audience, their children, and local realtors. There were 16 questions used to explore popular amenities and key features.
