Dezeen's Jenna McKnight shares freshly unveiled renderings of Kohn Pedersen Fox's ultra-luxe residential skyscraper, which is currently under construction in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan.
The 800-foot sculptural tower, called 111 Murray Street, contains 157 units along its 58 stories, ranging from studios to five-bedroom apartments which cost anywhere between $1.5 and $18.5 million. In addition to a 75-foot-long swimming pool, its amenities include private dining rooms, gardens, and a patisserie.
An expansive lounge will feature a 15-foot-high ceiling, plush seating and an oversized stone and steel fireplace. The space will look toward a reflecting pool and waterfall. The building's wellness center will feature a traditional Turkish bath, with heated marble beds and carved sinks. The spa will include treatment rooms, saunas and a hair salon.
