Paul Scalzo, owner of Westchester Modular Homes in Fairfield County, Connecticut, says his business quickly shifted to meet the needs of families whose homes were affected by Hurricane Sandy in 2012. At first, he wasn't going out for the business. The business was coming to him for quick solutions. After all, some of these homeowners were left homeless after Hurricane Sandy.
Now, Scalzo says Westchester Modular Homes is servicing families whose homes have burnt down or flooded. Losing a home is a livelihood emergency, and Scalzo teams can get an estimate to customers in just 72 hours.
