Over the past couple of years, LGI Homes has been one of the fast growing builders around the country. If its spring starts in New Mexico are any indication, the company will continue that growth in 2016.
Albuquerque Business First's Stephanie Guzman, citing numbers by the Albuquerque New Housing Market Letter, a monthly publication of DataTraq, reports the entry-level builder pulled more permits than any other builder in the area in April.
The report says LGI Homespulled 17 permits for its High Range community in Rio Rancho, roughly located Unser Boulevard and Paseo Del Vulcan.
The homes are in the $160,000 to $220,000 price range, and are in a community full of amenities including playgrounds and a dog park.
