Miami-based Lennar Corp. is planning to build three-story luxury town homes in the Spring Branch area. Houston Business Journal web producer Jack Witthaus reports on Lennar's plans to build the homes in Knoll Park, a gated community developed by Friendswood Development.
Lennar's planned community is aimed at attracting young professionals and will feature homes that range in price from $390,000 to $420,000. The homes are expected to have two to three bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, and a two-car garage:
“We’ve been considering several in-town locations for our new luxury town homes,” Don Luke, division president for Lennar Houston, said in a release. “With Knoll Park’s proximity to (Interstate 10), our sense is this new town home community, with its prime in-town location, will be very well received.”
