Florida’s largest home builder, Lennar Homes, has closed on a 151.3-acre site in the Village of Royal Palm Beach, according to South Florida Business Journal reporter Brian Bandell.
The subsidiary of Miami-based home builder Lennar Corp. paid $34.28
million for the site at 980 Crestview Blvd. It
plans to build 385 town homes on the property, which had formerly been a
wastewater treatment plant.
