The Hill's Vicki Needham breaks down the latest home loan delinquency numbers from the American Bankers Association (ABA).

The ABA's Consumer Credit Delinquency Bulletin reported that delinquencies fell significantly in home equity loans and lines during the last quarter of 2015. Needham writes:

Home equity loan delinquencies fell to 2.68%, from 2.91%, of all accounts and home equity line delinquencies dropped to 1.18%, from 1.31%, of all accounts during the October-December period.
