Pacific Business News reporter Duane Shimogawa reports on the plans of Hawaii's largest home builder, Gentry Home Ltd., to build a 66-unit cluster home project around a golf course.

The project is set to be called "Kealii at the Kanehili Kapolei Golf Course." The 17-acre parcel was purchased for $7.5 million earlier this year. 

Gentry Homes’ newest home developments include Parkside, which borders the Coral Creek golf course in Ewa; Sandalwood, which is located between Fort Weaver Road and Kapolei Parkway, also in Ewa; and Mahinui in Kaneohe in Windward Oahu.
