A home designed by famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright’s in Virginia Beach, Va. is on the market once again, reports Kimberly Pierceall of the Virginian-Pilot, this time for $2.75 million.

The 3,000-square-foot home on Crystal Lake in Virginia Beach was one of Wright’s last designs and was for sale in 2008 for $4.4 million and $3.75 million in 2011.

The house got its start when Maude Cooke wrote to the architect in 1951 seeking a design for her family’s lakeside home. It wasn’t until 1959, two weeks before Wright died at 91, that construction started on the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house that was built into the dune along Crystal Lake.

“It’s just come time to really sell it,” said Daniel Duhl, the home’s owner since 1983.
