Donald Trump owns a lot of homes, and he’s currently eyeing the most famous one in the country. But the home in which he grew up in Jamaica Estates, Queen, N.Y. has hit the market for $1.65 million, reports MarketWatch staffer Daniel Goldstein.
The 2,000-square foot brick and stucco Tudor Revival was built in 1940 and has six bedrooms and four and a half baths.
The selling agent is hoping a buyer will pay more for a home Trump once lived in as it’s listed for more than $700,000 above what other homes in Jamaica Estates sell for and more than $400,000 above even what Zillow.com estimates the home is worth ($1.2 million).
The house was last sold for $782,500 in April 2008, according to Zillow.
