Recently, Walt Disney World's 53-lot Kingswell neighborhood, Golden Oaks, hit the real estate market. Orlando Business Journal staffer Anjali Fluker takes a look at the new neighborhood which has finished customs homes expected range in size from 5,000-7,000 square feet, complete with prices starting at $3 million.

Homes in the community feature Caribbean and European design; amenities for the community include a park with natural landscapes and a new bronze statue of the character Pinocchio:
