Cincinnati-based Hills Land & Development Co. is looking to build 129 homes on 48 acres of land in Springboro, Ohio, reports the Dayton Business Journal.

The development would fall on two plots of land, the "Swope property," a 29-acre parcel controlled by Hills Land & Development Co., and the "Wade property" which is owned by Sandra Wray, Darn Wade, and Ann Wade of Springboro, according to city documents.

According to those same city documents cited by the Business Journal, the development would consist of single-family homes with access from Factory Road, with secondary emergency access to the property from the east through Springboro Cemetery. Springboro's planning commission will hear about the developments at its Wednesday meeting.
