Dezeen's Alice Morby reports that New York-based designer Alissia Melka-Teichroew has added a tea set to Othr's collection of 3D-printed products. The studio works with various designers to release a new 3D-printed product every two weeks.

Melka-Teichreow's tabbed cup and saucer are intended to echo the outline the outline of the golden accompanying spoon, which is fitted with gridded perforations, and is designed exclusively for use with large-grained or cubed sugar.

"The [spoon's] grid makes its sole function clear: it only exists to hold sugar, stir the tea or coffee, and be licked when done," said Melka-Teichroew.
