Darling Homes released photos for the patio homes they will be offering this spring as a part of the newly-dubbed Grand Central Park. Houston Business Journal staffer Laura Furr reports on the homes, which will range in size from 2,400 sq. ft. to 2,900 sq. ft. and feature open-concept designs and modern architectural touches.
The 2,046-acre wood property will also feature luxury town homes, villas, and single-family homes that will be be built by Texas-based Coventry Homes David Weekley Homes, Perry Homes, Village Builders and Kentucky-based Drees Custom Homes:
