The first four homes are under construction in a planned $150 million luxury home community in Mason, Ohio, reports Tom Demeropolis of the Cincinnati Business Courier.

Crooked Tree Preserve, co-developed by C.T. Devco and Schnicke Co., will feature 212 luxury and estate homes on the site of a former golf course.

All 23 of the home sites in the first luxury section of Crooked Tree Preserve have been sold to builders. These homes are starting in the $750,000s. Four homes are currently under construction and three have been sold to home owners.

Schnicke Co., Zicka Homes, John Candle Homes, Pendragon Homes, Daniels Homes and J&K Custom Homes are the luxury builders at Crooked Tree Preserve.

The 28 home sites in the first estate section, which start in the $500,000s, have also been contracted to builders. Drees Co., Fischer Homes and Zicka are expected to move quickly on model homes as well as homes they’ve sold to home owners. The builders each have one pre-sold home and are working with several other potential buyers.

The estate model homes are expected to be ready in spring 2017.
