Developers across the country are looking for ways to make their properties unique in comparison to their competition, and condos only further prove this point. Wall Street Journal staffer Beth Decarbo takes a look at some of the unique amenities being offered across the nation such as the Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida's “Wall Street Trader’s Club Room," complete with ticker displays, computers, and a meeting room.

Meanwhile, the Kent in New York will be offering a sound lounge designed by Lenny Kravitz:

The jam room, designed by Lenny Kravitz’s New York City-based Kravitz Design, will be equipped with professional-quality amplifiers, guitars, a drum set and piano. With an audio-video system and a drop-down projection screen, the space could also be used to show movies and host dance parties. The building, developed by Gary Barnett’s Extell Development, is scheduled for completion in 2017.
