The allure of college and university towns to young, recently graduated, or "post-graduated" adults, early on in their career trajectories has attracted multifamily developers, big-time.

New York Times Square Feet contributor Ronda Kaysen covers a burgeoning trend among apartment owners and developers, to follow the money as the new geography of jobs for younger workers filters into some cities, and not others. Kaysen writes:
