LT Global Investment will seek approval from the Anaheim Planning Commission today for its LT Platinum Center plan. The proposed $450 million mixed-use development would bring a hotel, a 30-story condo, and retail space to the Platinum Triangle area of the city.
The proposed project site is a 15-acre industrial lot next to Angel Stadium and near the Honda Center and the City National Grove of Anaheim. If the development plan is approved, construction could begin in late 2017 and finish by 2022.
LT Global has already worked closely with the city on its conceptual plans for the LT Platinum Center. “We look forward to seeing this project come before our Planning Commission and City Council,” said Mike Lyster, Anaheim’s spokesman. “The city has laid out a vision for the Platinum Triangle as an urban district built around sports, entertainment, jobs and public transit. This project certainly speaks to that vision.”
