According to Zillow Research, the February Case-Shiller indices are expected show similar but slightly slower growth when compared with the January indices.

The 10-City Composite Index is expected to grow 0.5% in February and 4.5% year-over-year, which would be the first sub-5% annual growth in months. The 20-City Composite Index should grow 0.6% in February and 5.3% year-over-year, while the National Index is expected to gain another 0.3% in February and 5.3% year-over-year.

The February Case-Shiller Composite Home Price Indices will not be officially released until Tuesday, April 26.
