In an effort to find the most stressful occupations, job site CareerCast evaluated 200 professions on their Jobs Rated Report based on 11 factor including: deadlines, scrutiny, and physical demands. Forbes staffer Kathryn Dill takes a look at CareerCast's lists of the most stressful jobs based on their research.
At the top of the list are the jobs that involve personal danger such as the number one job enlisted military personnel followed by firefighter. However these physically dangerous jobs aren't the only ones in the top 10:
Similar professions–those that lack routine physical danger but do involve high-pressure situations in results-oriented fields–dominate the middle ranks of this list, including Public Relations Executive, Senior Corporate Executive, Broadcaster, and Newspaper Reporter.
