A Pulte model in the existing portion of the Reunion plan.

Pulte Homes Corp. will present its building proposal for the Reunion Country Club development in South Hall, GA to the Hall County Planning Commission at their meeting Monday.

The Smyrna, GA unit of the home builder is looking to develop 20 homes on 8.5 acres of “vacant timber land with no improvements”, according to the development application. The site is located next to existing Reunion property.

Pulte is planning to ask the Planning Commission to rezone the proposed development site from ‘agricultural-residential’ to ‘planned residential development’. The Planning Commission staff recommends approving the plan, but only under the original building conditions placed on the site, including a minimum size of 1,700 square feet for the proposed homes.

The Reunion Country Club development was originally rezoned in 1999, and already contains 812 residential units.
