CBRE Group released its annual Scoring Tech Talent report last week, in which the company rates the cities with the highest concentration of tech workers. Not surprisingly San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. dominated the list.

What's more surprising is the cities where tech talent grew the most in the last five years. The top ten cities saw their tech talent pools grow by more than 50% between 2010 and 2015. Charlotte, N.C. saw the biggest growth at almost 75%, and Nashville, Tenn. was second at a 67.9% growth rate.

San Francisco still experienced a lot of growth at 61.5% as tech workers are still attracted to the opportunities there, but the other cities that hit this top ten list prove not everyone is loving San Fancisco's crazy market.

Other cities on the list included Baltimore (61.4%), Oklahoma City (59%), Phoenix (58.1%), Austin (51.8%), and Tampa (50.9%).
