After purchasing a gated equestrian estate in Scottsdale, Ariz. for $1.695 million in 2011, former Alaska governor and vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin has now sold the property for $2.275 million, reports Mansion Global staffer Fang Block.
The 8,000-square-foot home first came to market last December for $2.499 million and was reduced to $2.375 million this March, according to public records.
The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home sits on 4.4 acres. One of the two master suites has a rooftop deck. It also has a formal living and dining rooms, a home theater, billiard room and walk-in wine room, according to the listing.
