Indie Capital, an infill residential builder based in Sacramento, Calif., is planning three single-family projects near downtown Sacramento this year, reports Ben van der Meer of the Sacramento Business Journal.
Construction on all three projects should get underway in about three months, with finished homes four to five months after that.
Here are the details on each project:
The three projects are Mansion Flats Modern, Oak Park Creatives and Broadway Redux. Mansion Flats Modern, at 15th and D streets in the Mansion Flats neighborhood, will be eight homes of roughly 1,600 square feet each. Pre-sale prices are in the high $400,000s.
Oak Park Creatives, at Second Avenue and 34th Street in Oak Park, is six homes of 1,400 to 1,550 square feet. Those homes are being pre-sold for about $399,000, Cunningham said.
Broadway Redux, near the northeast corner of Broadway and Ninth Street on Broadway, will have nine single-family homes. Three, facing Broadway, are live-work units of about 1,350 square feet and are listed for about $450,000. The other six, on nearby Yale Avenue, are 1,850 square feet and will start in the low $500,000s, according to Cunningham.
