Niche has created a list of the best cities in America for millennials based on such factors as the percentage of residents age 25 to 34, crime, and median rent. Forbes staffer Kathryn Dill takes a look at the top-10 cities on the list.
Millennials considering their next move, should take a look at the number one city on the list Cambridge, Massachusetts:
...which scored high for diversity as well as access to bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Nearly 75% of residents of Cambridge–home to Harvard University–hold bachelor’s degrees. Cambridge does maintain one of the higher costs of living on the list, but the city earns high marks for the more than a quarter of residents that are millennials, 6.5% of whom moved to Cambridge in the past year.
