Lennar has announced the opening of three communities, called Alma, Engel and Thayer, in San Francisco.

Alma is a collection of luxury town homes that range in size from approximately 1,072 to 1,437 square feet, offering two to three bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, according to Lennar. Select town homes feature private balconies and decks, some with city skyline views.

Engel is a collection of flats that range in size from approximately 603 to 1,342 square feet, offering one to three bedrooms and one to two bathrooms. Many homes have private terraces and shared rooftop decks.

Thayer is a collection of Edwardian-inspired flats that range from approximately 957 to 970 square feet, offering one to two bedrooms and one to two bathrooms. These attached homes have a common terrace perfect for socializing and relaxation.

In addition to offering a Laurel & Wolf Signature Design Package, all three communities feature Lennar’s Everything’s Included® program which puts upscale features such as dark hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen and living areas, Caesarstone® kitchen countertops, stainless steel Bosch® appliances, upgraded cabinetry and much more into every new home.

Lennar says residents will enjoy great amenities in this mixed-use community, including a specialty general store, parks, public artwork installations, and a daily shuttle that commutes to downtown San Francisco.
